Global Project | Senior DFT Engineer

• Implement and verify DFT for hierarchical blocks and chip-top designs in large-scale SoC projects.
• Generate and verify ATPG test patterns using industry-standard tools.
• Implement test structures such as MBIST, SCAN, and BSD using DFT tools.
• Perform logic verification to ensure the correctness of DFT implementations.
• Analyze design issues and collaborate with relevant engineering teams to resolve technical problems.
• Develop scripts to automate design modifications and improve engineering productivity, where applicable.

• Hands-on experience in ATPG pattern generation and logic verification using tools such as Tessent, TetraMAX, TestMAX, VCS, or equivalent tools.
• Practical experience implementing test circuits using DFT tools, including MBIST, SCAN, or BSD, with tools such as Tessent, DFT Compiler, TestMAX, or equivalent tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results in a professional engineering environment.
• Good English communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to develop Tcl scripts for circuit modifications.
• Experience with formal equivalence checking using tools such as Conformal LEC or Formality.
• Experience deriving timing specifications from circuit structures and creating SDC files.
• Experience in static timing analysis or timing verification using tools such as PrimeTime or Tempus.
• Scripting or programming experience in Perl, C, or similar languages to improve workflow efficiency.
• Experience working on large-scale SoC designs.
