Global Project | Physical Design Leader

• Build up, do training, and manage a Physical design team to work complex projects in cutting-edge technologies.
• Work directly with Taiwanese clients to get project requirements then define, manage, and execute Physical design strategies (from RTL to GDSII) to ensure successful project delivery (with high quality) and long-term partnership growth.
• Possess deep knowledge of floor planning, placement, routing, timing closure, IR/EM analysis and fixing, DRC, and LVS in training members and driving quality of project output.
• Collaborate with various teams, including but not limited to design, flow, implementation, EDA vendors, and IT/infrastructure, to optimize flow and methodology.
• Involve in resource development to expand the team including interviewing and hiring processes.

• 7+  years of experience in physical design and flow development.
• Experience with advanced nodes.
• Familiarity with design for testability methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of low-power design and implementation techniques.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leader skill, manage one team with 5 member or above, well organized, methodical, and detail oriented.
