Business Development Assistant (Korean Speaking)

• Support Manager in daily business operations, customer communications, and coordination with Korea partners.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales-related documents in Korean.
• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams (Vietnam) and external stakeholders (Korea-based clients, suppliers, partners).
• Participate in customer meetings, online calls, and business trips to Korea for interpretation and coordination support.
• Learn and gradually develop understanding of semiconductor/electronics products and market.
• Market research and competitor analysis.
• Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

• Fresh graduates with strong Korean proficiency or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Fluent in Korean; English is a plus.
• Strong interest in the semiconductor/electronics domain and willingness to learn.
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented with good coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude when working with international partners.
• Based in Vietnam initially, with availability for frequent business trips to Korea.
• Willingness to relocate long-term to Korea in the future is a strong advantage.
