Project Coordinator

• Maintain the integrated Fvision WBS across all sub-teams: RTL, DV, PD, SW, Production, and PMO functions. 
• Facilitate weekly program status meetings; capture action items, track owners, and follow up to closure. 
• Produce weekly and monthly status reports: milestone achievement, schedule variance, risk summary, executive dashboard. 
• Manage Jira/Confluence project spaces: configure workflows, maintain documentation, train team members. 
• Coordinate onboarding of new engineers and contractors: equipment, tool access, NDA/IP agreements. 
• Track program budget actuals vs. forecast; organize design-freeze gates and tape-out readiness reviews. 

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field. 
• 7+ years project coordination or PM experience in semiconductor or electronics R&D. 
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint). 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multi-track schedules. 
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills. 

Nice to Have 

• PMP or CAPM certification. 
• Familiarity with semiconductor IC development milestones and tapeout cycles.
