Compiler Engineer/Team Lead

• Port and maintain LLVM/GCC toolchain targeting the Fvision Arm CPU: backend codegen, register allocation, instruction scheduling. 
• Develop machine-specific optimizations: auto-vectorization, loop transforms, inlining heuristics, and custom ISA intrinsics. 
• Maintain libc/libm runtime libraries and startup code (crt0, linker scripts) for bare-metal and RTOS environments. 
• Validate code correctness with LLVM LIT and DejaGnu; benchmark against embedded performance suites. 
• Expose hardware features (SIMD, MAC, DSP extensions) through clean intrinsics, in collaboration with RTL. 
• Maintain toolchain Docker images, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI), and versioned release packaging. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. 
• 5+ years compiler engineering (LLVM or GCC backend preferred). 
• Strong C/C++ and deep understanding of compiler internals: IR, passes, backend codegen, register allocation. 
• Knowledge of Arm ISA: Thumb-2, Neon SIMD, Helium/M-Profile Vector Extension. 
• Experience with build systems (CMake, Make) and CI/CD tooling. 
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills. 

Nice to Have 

• Custom ISA design and LLVM backend development from scratch. 
• Embedded RTOS toolchain integration (Zephyr newlib port, FreeRTOS).
