Business Development Intern

• Support the team in conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and updating the lead database within the Japanese semiconductor and electronics sectors.
• Assist in drafting proposals, business presentations, and preparing necessary documentation for client engagement under the guidance of the direct manager.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to understand product capabilities and learn how to propose suitable solutions to clients.
• Act as a communication and translation bridge between internal teams and Japanese partners/customers through emails, documents, or online meetings.
• Help monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Japan to provide useful insights to the team.
• Perform other administrative and business development tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

• 3rd, 4th year students or recent graduates in Japanese Studies, International Business, or related fields.
• Japanese: equivalent to JLPT N4 or above (with good verbal and written communication skills).
• Strong interest or background in the semiconductor and electronics industry; open to non-technical backgrounds with a high learning agility.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills in a cross-cultural environment.
• Proactive, highly organized, and proficient in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to commit to an internship for at least 6 months.
