SW Application Engineer/Team Lead

• Design, implement, and maintain reference applications: autonomous flight, AI inferencing, sensor fusion, and motor control demos. 
• Lead 4-person application team; define demo roadmap aligned with marketing and customer engagement priorities. 
• Integrate and validate the SDK/API layer from Firmware team; provide developer-experience feedback. 
• Build GCS integrations and visualization tools using MAVLink and/or DroneCAN protocol stacks (FC737 demos). 
• Develop camera demo applications for FV938: live MIPI camera preview, ISP parameter tuning UI, RTSP/H.264 video streaming, and AI inference visualization. 
• Create developer-facing documentation, quick-start guides, and application notes for SDK releases. 
• Collaborate with HW Validation on running demos on FPGA prototypes and silicon EVBs; report metrics. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 
• 5+ years software development in embedded or systems programming. 
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++; experience building GUI or CLI tooling for embedded systems. 
• Knowledge of serial protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) from an application software perspective. 
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills. 

Nice to Have 

• UAV GCS experience (QGroundControl, Mission Planner) and MAVLink protocol. 
• AI demo pipelines: object detection, sensor fusion on MCU targets.
