STA Engineer

• STA Execution & Analysis: Capable of running Static Timing Analysis (STA), analyzing results and clean sign-off items
• Manual Timing Closure : Capable of analyzing unresolvable violations and achieving timing closure manually.
• Quality Assurance: Capable of auditing the STA environment and validating STA results based on sign-off checklist.
• Client Communication: Capable of explaining, updating status, progress on time to customer.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ASIC timing constraints generation, timing closure.
• Experience in advance process nodes is advantage (5nm/3nm).
• Experience in industry-standard sign-off tools, specifically Synopsys PrimeTime and PrimeTime-ADV.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to solve complex timing violations manually.
• Understanding Sign-Off criteria, including :
  • Transition, Capacitance, Minimum Period, and Minimum Pulse Width constraints.
  • Crosstalk Noise effects (High/Low/Double Switching).
• English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• High learning agility, an ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Japanese communication skills are a plus.
