Post Silicon Validation Engineer

• Execute baseline MCU characterization and evaluation tasks, starting with core items: Current, Fmax, FBIST, RTG, SAR-ADC, and SVR under senior guidance. 
• Set up laboratory measuring instruments and operate the RASCAR automated measurement system. 
• Learn to customize and modify RASCAR control programs using Python when working with alternative or non-standard testing instruments. 
• Verify measurement data, compile test results, and participate in monthly progress reviews to demonstrate technical proficiency. 
• Collaborate with team members across sites and share acquired evaluation knowledge to support team scaling.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
• 1+ years of working experience in electronics engineering, embedded systems, or hardware testing/validation. 
• Basic understanding of laboratory equipment operation (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters). 
• Foundational programming skills in Python for script modification and test automation. 
• Strong desire to learn structured semiconductor evaluation methodologies. 
• Good English communication skills.
