Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business relationships with clients in the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively expand the customer pipeline in China.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution proposal, commercial negotiation, contract closing, and post-sales account management.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand product capabilities and translate customer needs into feasible solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights for business development.
  • Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and client visits across China.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within semiconductor, electronics or related technical industries.
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Understanding of the semiconductor or electronics ecosystem (products, supply chain, business models).
  • Currently based in China (Shenzhen preferred), or willing to travel frequently to China if based in Vietnam.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with cross-cultural stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
