Chip Architect/System Architect

• Examining overall chip configuration, IP configuration, and block configuration. 
• Designing role allocations between analog and digital components. 
• Examining design policies for high-speed interfaces, power supply, noise, and signal integrity. 
• Examining connection, power, thermal, and evaluation policies premised on 3D packaging. 
• Defining register and interface specifications. 
• Examining PPA (Performance / Power / Area) trade-offs. 
• Organizing technical issues and driving design reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience designing SoCs, Mixed-Signal ICs, memory, or communication chips.
• Experience in design or specification examination at the chip or subsystem level. 
• Understanding of interface design (e.g., DDR, PCIe, etc.). 
• Design experience considering PPA (Performance / Power / Area). 
• Technical communication skills in English (reading/writing + basic conversation). 

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of high-speed I/O, PHY, and memory interfaces. 
• Design experience considering SI/PI (Signal Integrity / Power Integrity). 
• Knowledge of 3D packaging (chiplets, TSV, etc.). 
• Experience in system-level architecture examination.
