The FPT8747 is a highly integrated Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) designed to efficiently manage power distribution in various electronic devices, particularly those requiring multiple power rails with precise control and regulation.
The FPT8747 includes three synchronous stepdown DC-DC converters, two linear regulators, and one always-on LDOs, providing versatility and flexibility in managing power for different applications. The three buck converters require a small 470nH inductor, 10μF input capacitance, and a minimum 47μF output capacitance per rail. Two low-dropout linear regulators are high-performance, low-noise regulators that supply up to 200mA. The Always-ON LDOs are capable of sourcing up to 30mA. Additionally, it offers several dedicated control pins, allowing for continuous power delivery even when other circuits are disabled.
