Production Engineer

• Monitor and control Fvision SoC production at foundry and OSAT: wafer starts, lot disposition, and delivery schedule. 
• Own SPC for critical process parameters; respond to out-of-control signals with corrective action plans. 
• Lead FA investigations for process-related yield excursions; coordinate with foundry FA labs, PD, and RTL for root cause. 
• Maintain Product Control Plan, FMEA, and Process Flow Diagram per ISO 9001 requirements. 
• Implement lean/CI initiatives: kaizen, 8D problem solving, and cycle-time reduction. 
• Prepare quality reports: yield trend, Cp/Cpk, DPMO, customer complaint response, and management review. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 
• 5+ years semiconductor production or process engineering. 
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing: wafer fab, assembly, and final test. 
• Experience with quality tools: SPC, FMEA, 8D, control charts, and fishbone/5-why RCA. 
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949. Good English and Vietnamese communication skills. 

Nice to Have 

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. 
• OSAT WIP management system experience (SAP, Oracle WMS).
