HW Validation & FPGA Lead

• Define and execute FPGA prototyping strategy: partition mapping, clock domain management, peripheral emulation on Xilinx Virtex/Alveo or Intel Stratix. 
• Lead 7-person team through FPGA build, EVB bring-up, and system validation milestones. 
• Design and review validation PCBs: schematic, BOM, SI (DDR, high-speed serial), power integrity, DFM. 
• Own silicon EVB bring-up: power sequencing, clock validation, JTAG/SWD debug infrastructure, first-silicon diagnostics. 
• Develop embedded test firmware and bring-up scripts (C/Python) to validate peripheral IPs and CPU at board level. 
• Support SW Architect and Firmware teams with early HAL and driver bring-up on FPGA and first-silicon. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronic/Electrical Engineering. 
• 7+ years HW validation or FPGA engineering; 2+ years in a lead role. 
• Proficient with Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus Prime. 
• Strong PCB design: schematic capture (Altium/OrCAD), high-speed layout review, power supply design. 
• Lab instrument proficiency: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers (JTAG, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB). 
• Embedded C and Python for bring-up automation and test harness. 
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills. 

Nice to Have 

• UAV/drone board design experience (IMU, PWM motor drive, CAN-FD). 
• Camera sensor board validation experience: MIPI CSI-2 bring-up, ISP debug, video frame capture and quality analysis.
