02. Responsibilities :
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Collecting invoices, process payment under FPT’s financial regulation and ensure petty cash monthly report by each month.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and events.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
- Admin tasks on procedures, visas, documents, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by project managers.
03. Requirements :
- Good administrative, organization and presentation skills.
- Good communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Diligent at work, patient, detailed- oriented and good-tempered characteristics.
- Potential fresher is acceptable – no requirement on experience.
