01. Location : Ha Noi
02. Responsibilities :
- Assist the CEO in handling client relationships, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Translate and interpret between Japanese and Vietnamese in meetings, emails, and technical documents.
- Support the sales process, including preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update client records, reports, and business documents.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and Japanese clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Other tasks assigned by CEO.
03. Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields (recent graduates welcome).
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1/N2+), strong business email writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Japan for long-term career development.
