SI and Compliance test
1. Evaluation platform
– Circuit board and power supply (Boards component layout and thickness confirmation required)
– DRAM sample for measurement
– FW for high-load measurement to DRAM interface
– Information of board operation confirmation method (point).
2. Measurement device
– Keysight oscilloscope (Using JEDEC compliance measurement software, or manual measurement)
– Interposer base for BGA package measurement
3. Measurement item (JEDEC compliance is the standard)
– AC timing evaluation analysis and measurement
– Signal Integrity evaluation
– Decide measurement item (Signal, item extraction)
– Decide measurement requirement (Temperature etc.)
– Schedule
– About Read evaluation, reference value at Point of SOC side can be measured if desired
4. Report
– Report measurement result (AC timing analysis result and waveform)
– Report format (HTLM etc.)
5. Others
– Experienced in using oscilloscope
– Re-work task
