FPT Semiconductor đón tiếp đại diện tập đoàn KIOXIA Nhật Bản và thảo luận về hợp tác nguồn nhân lực bán dẫn

Vào ngày 10/3/2025, FPT Semiconductor đã đón tiếp ông Toshinobu Niino – Giám đốc Chiến lược Nhân sự từ Tập đoàn KIOXIA, một trong những công ty bán dẫn hàng đầu của Nhật Bản . KIOXIA trước đây được biết đến với tên gọi Toshiba Memory Corporation, là công ty đã phát minh ra chip nhớ NAND đầu tiên trên thế giới ( năm 1987) và dẫn đầu trong sản xuất bộ nhớ và lưu trữ dữ liệu . Hiện tại , KIOXIA có đội ngũ hơn 15.000 nhân viên tại Nhật Bản và hơn 8 quốc gia khác , doanh thu năm 2024 đạt hơn 7 tỉ USD.

Tại FPT Tower, ông Toshinobu đã trao đổi với ông Nguyễn Vinh Quang – CEO FPT Semiconductor để thảo luận về thực trạng đào tạo nhân lực bán dẫn tại Việt Nam. Ông bày tỏ sự ủng hộ mạnh mẽ đối với mục tiêu chiến lược của Việt Nam trong việc đào tạo 50.000 kỹ sư bán dẫn vào năm 2030, đồng thời đánh giá cao lộ trình chiến lược của FPT trong việc làm chủ chuỗi giá trị bán dẫn . Ông cũng nhấn mạnh về cơ hội có thể hợp tác chặt chẽ cùng đội ngũ FPT trong tương lai.
Ông Toshinobu đã thảo luận với ông Nguyễn Vinh Quang – CEO FPT Semiconductor về thực trạng đào tạo nhân lực bán dẫn tại Việt Nam
Cuộc gặp gỡ giữa FPT Semiconductor và KIOXIA đánh dấu một bước quan trọng hướng tới hợp tác chiến lược, thúc đẩy phát triển nguồn nhân lực bán dẫn tại Việt Nam và nâng cao vị thế của đất nước trong ngành bán dẫn toàn cầu, đưa “Chip Make in Vietnam” vươn tầm thế giới.
